With reference to the advertisement for the tender to supply drip irrigation sets, silpaulin pond lining sheets and mulching plastic to 5 project districts, namely Samtse, Sarpang, Haa, Chhukha and Dagana vide DOA/FSAPP/03/2021-2022/1118 dated December 3, 2021, the Project Management Unit, Food Security and Agriculture Productivity Project, Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Forests would like to clarify that the brand for pond lining sheet is not restricted to Silpaulin.
