Sealed tenders are invited from the interested party/individual/firm to take up the sale of milk on contract basis for the stipulated period as detailed below;

Bidding documents (additional copies) may be purchased from Mr. Sonam Tshering, Sr. LPS II’s office, National Nublang Breeding Centre, Tashiyangphu which is non-refundable fee of Nu.150/- (One hundred fifty) only in the form of cash during office hours.
Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security of Nu.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting tender and the successful bidder has to deposit additional 10% Security Money deposit amounting to Nu.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) only in the form of Cash Warrant or Bank Guarantee in favor of Farm Manager, National Nublang Breeding Centre, Tashiyangphu before the awarding of Contract.
