30 August-3 September, Wangdue: A five days Youth Employment and Rural Entrepreneurship (YERE) capacity building programme concluded yesterday with awarding of certificates to participating youths.
Around 28 youths attended the programme organised at Daga gewog while 20 youths attended at Phangyul.
With this, a total of 175 youths from Wangdue attended the programme which will help them to become an entrepreneur. Out of 500 submissions, the project will support the 200 best business proposals with a grant of Nu.350000/-.
According to one of the trainers, the project will also help the interested participants to avail loans from the CSI banks.
The Program Director of ARDC-Bajo and a representative from the World Bank, Bhutan awarded the certificates to participants at Bajo.
