On this auspicious occasion of Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Third Druk Gyalpo, the RNR family would like to express our deepest respect and heartfelt felicitation to Third Druk Gyalpo, “Father of Modern Bhutan” for his visionary and selfless contribution to the Nation. The day is also commemorated in Bhutan as Teacher’s Day, to honour His Majesty’s legacy as the founder of the modern system of education in Bhutan, and to recognize the important role that teachers play in nation building.
