Interested national qualified Universities/Institutes/Consulting Firms are invited to submit “Proposal (Technical & Financial)” to carry out “Green and Climate Smart Technology Business Development Training” coordinated by PPD, MoAF. The proposal should be prepared as per instructions provided in the RFP/TOR and emailed to Karpo Dukpa at karpo@bpvbhutan.com no later than 4 PM (BST) on 10th September 2021. Late submission will not be accepted.
The assignment duration is 2 months and is intended to commence 4th week of September 2021. The expected deliverables are: (1) inception report detailing methodology, workplan, curriculum and session plans, (2) conduct training for targeted groups at venue identified by PPD, MoAF, (3) digital training materials booklet and (4) post-training report, including course evaluation and follow-up action.
This assignment will be managed by DAI Brussels and will contribute to the European Union funded project titled: Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation-BHUTAN (EU-TACS).
