1st October 2024: By the sidelines of the historic Bhutan Innovation Forum held at Dungkar Dzong, Pangbisa, the Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, along with a delegation from the ministry, held a productive meeting with the European Union (EU) Ambassador and the accompanying delegation. During the discussions, both parties exchanged cordial and constructive dialogues, focusing on key areas of collaboration. The meeting underscored the mutual appreciation for ongoing projects and explored potential avenues for further strengthening partnerships. The Ministry expressed gratitude to the EU for their continued support in Bhutan’s agricultural and rural development initiatives, while the EU delegation reaffirmed their commitment to contributing to Bhutan’s vision for sustainable agriculture, food security, and rural livelihoods.
