10 December, Thimphu: Coinciding with the auspicious day, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) celebrated the Royal Civil Service Award ceremony. The Ministry is deeply honoured to take part in this very special award ceremony to pay a tribute to His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo for the honour and privilege that has been bestowed for receiving the medals.
This year, about 105 civil servants under the Ministry received the award. Out of 105, 10 received the Lifetime Achievements Award, 8 received the gold, 38 received the silver and 49 received the bronze medals.
Hon’ble Sanam Lyonpo, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock graced the award ceremony held at Thimphu Residency Conference Hall. It was also attended by the Heads of Departments, Non-departments and Heads of the Central Programmes based in Thimphu.
The Ministry would like to express heartiest congratulations and Trashi Delek to all the award recipients of the MoAL family.
