The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock warmly welcomes the new Chief HR Officer, Mr. Wangchen Norbu to the HRD, MoAL family. Prior to his joining, Mr. Wangchen served as Sr. Dzongrab in Lhuntse Dzongkhag under the Ministry of Home Affairs.
