- RCSC employment Form 4/1 dully filled.
- Photocopy of Citizenship ID Card.
- Approved status of Security Clearance Certificate.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- No Objection Certificate, if employed.
- Any experience certificate if any.
