- Civil Service Employment Application Form as per Form 4/1.
- Copies of academic transcripts, if you possess qualification.
- Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship ID card.
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor.
- Security Clearance Certificate which shall be verified online.
- No Objection Certificate, if employed.
- Experience Certificate, if any.
